About Me

My one-of-a-kind sculptures explore the ever-changing struggle between humanity and the environment, forming the core of Bill Battaglia Creations. Through a unique blend of new and repurposed materials—including glass, copper, brass, and wood—I employ intuitive, hands-on techniques such as molten copper splash and glass casting. As a result, when these works are mounted on found objects, their ethereal and otherworldly qualities are further accentuated, each piece offering its own distinct investigation.

Building on my background in visual design and glass casting, I use each sculpture as a platform to experiment with new ideas and make a statement. In particular, the history and character of materials like glass, copper, or wood often inspire me to find unexpected applications, pushing the boundaries of what these elements can become. Additionally, every sculpture features a carefully designed lighting system that enhances its visual impact, inviting viewers to see commonplace materials from a fresh perspective.

Moreover, by continually experimenting with new materials and techniques, I am always testing the limits of what my profession can achieve. Each piece is uniquely handmade and painstakingly crafted, a process shaped by my rigorous monthly production schedule. Over the years, my artwork has been exhibited at numerous events and galleries in Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, California, and Pennsylvania. Currently, it is on display at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona and the Pavilion Gallery in Scottsdale.

Looking ahead, I am constantly seeking new opportunities to connect with museums, galleries, and individuals who appreciate original and thought-provoking art. If you share a passion for art that transforms perspectives and reimagines space, I invite you to join me on this journey.

Ultimately, my goal is to provide art that resonates deeply with viewers, moving them on a profound level while transforming both their surroundings and their perception of the world.
